Black, located at Fisheries & Oceans Canada, at Queen's Wharf 101 Blvd. Champlain, Québec, QC. Destination: The work will be carried out afloat, dockside within the Port of Quebec. Work Period: Work Period: August 27, 2013 Complete: September 27, 2013 Sourcing Strategy: The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
