(NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Original:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair
& Overhaul services as specified in the Annex A of the attached
RFP.  The services will include TIES, SITS, FSR and MRP. The
Contractor is required to have two main facilities, one on each
coast, no further than 100 km from CFB Esquimalt and CFB
Halifax. and have access to facilities 1 of each in Quebec,
Ontario and Alberta that can carry out minor repairs. 

Period of Contract will be from the date of contract award to
March 31, 2016 inclusively with the option to extend by two (2)
additional one (1) year periods.
