    An optional site visit will be held at 9 am on November 6, 2014

    Requirement:
    To carry out the dry docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard
    Vessel CCGS Private Robertson V.C. In accordance with the
    associated technical information as detailed in Annex A -
    Statement of Work No. 781.14, Rev.1.
    
    Vessel Transfer Costs will apply to all bids for evaluation
    purposes.
    
    Optional Site Visit - Vessel:
    An optional site visit will be held on November 6, 2014 at Dock
    18.1, the corner of West Street and Sugarloaf Street, Port
    Colborne, Ontario.   
    
    Bidders' Conference:
    A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will
    be held directly following the optional site visit aboard the
    Vessel on November 6, 2014 at the same location.
    
    Destination:
    The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility.
    
    Work Period:
    Commence:	December 8, 2014 
    Complete:		December 19, 2014
    
    Sourcing Strategy:
    The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
    limited to suppliers in  Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
    with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization  Policy
    (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
    1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
