THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING RAISED TO CHANGE THE SOLICITATION
CLOSING DATE 		FROM APRIL 16, 2015 AT 2PM TO APRIL 21, 2015 AT
2PM.

AMENDMENT 001 :
This amendment is being raised to attach all drawings and
documents applicable to this solicitation. All other terms and
conditions remain unchanged.

Requirement:
To carry out the dry docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard
Vessel CCGS Limnos. In accordance with the associated technical
information as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work
(Specification No. 786-14).

Vessel Transfer Costs will apply to all bids for evaluation
purposes.

Optional Site Visit - Vessel:
An optional site visit will be held on March 25, 2015 at the
Canada Centre for Inland Waters, 867 Lakeshore Road, Burlington,
Ontario L7S 1A1. Contractors may park in the parking lots
located at the front of the building. All Contractors must have
valid identification to sign in at the Environment Canada
building main entrance, reception desk.

Bidders' Conference:
A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will
be held directly following the optional site visit aboard the
Vessel on March 25, 2015 at the same location. 

Destination:
The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility.

Work Period:
Commence:	June 8, 2015 
Complete:		June 26, 2015

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in  Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization  Policy
(1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
