OVERVIEW Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking feedback from the ship repair industry regarding a variant to the way PWGSC solicits bids for work on the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Vessel Life Extension (VLE) and Mid-Life Modernization (MLM) program. The CCG VLE/MLM program objectives are intended to extend the operational life of vessels to increase their working life thereby delivering services for a longer period of time. This is in support of Canada' effort to optimize best value for Canadians. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
