    Amendment 002 is raised to extend the closing date to October 29, 2020 and add documents that did not get added to Amendment 001.
    
    Requirement:
    To carry out the Arva Crane 5 Year/10 000 hour Survey and Maintenance of the Canadian Coast Guard Vessel CCGS Limnos in accordance with the associated technical information as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work. 
    
    This will be an alongside refit situated at the Canada Centre of Inland Waters at 867 Lakeshore Rd., Burlington, ON L7S 1A1.
    
    Bidders' Conference:
    A bidders' conference call chaired by the PSPC Contracting Authority will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at 9AM (EDT).

    The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered.
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Monday Sept. 28 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
    
    Optional Site Visit - Vessel:
    The viewing will take place at the Canadian Centre for Inland Waters, 867 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington, Ontario L7S 1A1, on Tuesday September 29, 2020. The site visit will begin at 10:00 AM.
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Monday Sept. 28 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
    
    Work Period:
    
    Commence: January 4 2021
    Complete: January 25, 2021
    
    Additional Instructions to Work Period:
    The vessel will be manned during the work period and will be considered in commission. The vessel during that period will be in the care and custody of the CCG.
    
    Destination: The work shall be carried out at the CCIW in Burlington, Ontario.
    
    Sourcing Strategy:
    The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the Canada United States Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). However, it is subject to the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).  The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (2010-08-16). 
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
