The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement to purchase eight (8) sea water / fresh water titanium plate type heat exchanger units in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SOR). The requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase two (2) heat exchangers per option.  The options may be exercised within 4 years of contract award date.

The heat exhangers are required by 6 July 2016.

Two (2) units and spares are to be delivered to each of the CCGS Ann Harvey St. John`s Nfld, CCGS Sir William Alexander, Dartmouth NS, CCGS Edward Cornwallis, Dartmouth NS and CCGS George Pearkes, St. John`s Nfld 

This requirement is subject to provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
