    Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on Thursday August 17, 2017 onboard the CCGS Cornwallis which will be tied up at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography located at 1 Challenger Drive, Dartmouth, NS, B2Y 4A2. 
    
    The site visit is mandatory.
     
    The vessel will be in refit at that time, and the site visit participants are required to wear safety boots and hard hats for the site visit on board the vessel.
    
    The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement to replace the heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems (port and starboard), the existing domestic refrigeration systems units (fore and aft), and the associated controls and ancillary equipment currently fitted on the Canadian Coast Guard Ships (CCGS) Sir William Alexander and Edward Cornwallis.
    
    
    All systems described and the associated deliverables indicated of Annex A must be delivered by January 31, 2018. 
    
    The systems will be installed during a refit at a later date and unknown location. The Contractor must be available to supervise the installation and commissioning of these systems, however the intent of this requirement is only to supply equipment prior to the refit of the vessels.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
