AMENDMENT 001

The purpose of this amendment is to publish questions and answers regarding this request for proposal and to modify sections of Annex A and Annex B accordingly.

The purpose of this amendment is also to revised section 4.1.1 and Attachment 1 of the solicitation document to match the French version published previously.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), for the Canada, for Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is issuing this request for proposal for the removal and disposal of the two bullet trap systems currently installed at the Rigaud College (Quebec). This request also includes the delivery and installation of two new granulated bullet trap systems.

Delivery date: The work must be completed no later than February 19, 2020.

Delivery location: CBSA Rigaud College, located at 475 Chemin de la Grande-Ligne, Rigaud, QC J0P 1P0.

Optional Site Visit: It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on Wednesday August 14th 2019 at the CBSA Rigaud College on 475 Chemin de la Grande-Ligne, Rigaud, QC J0P 1P0. The site visit will begin at 13h00 (EDT).

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Tuesday August 13th 2019 at 12h00 (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. 

Procurement Business Number (PBN): Please provide your PBN with your proposal. If you do not have a PBN or if you are not registered to Canada?s Supplier Registration Information (SRI), please send an email to  osmeclient@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca  or call the Info line at 1-800-811-1148 to initiate this process in order to provide a valid PBN with your proposal. A valid PBN and SRI registration will be required prior to contract award.
