NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

SECURITY SYSTEM

***A mandatory site visit will be held at 6767 Route de l’aéroport, St-Hubert, on Thursday November 24, 2016. The site visit will begin at10:00 AM EST.***

The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is replacing its Security system and the Contractor must supply, install, commission, integrate, warrant, and support a new Integrated Security System for the John H. Chapman Space Centre in St-Hubert,Québec. 


PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT
The period of theContractis from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022.


CANADIAN CONTENT
The requirement is subject to apreference for Canadian goods and/or services.


MAXIMUM FUNDING
The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitationis $ 800,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra). Bids valued in excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada topay the maximum funding available.

Themaximum funding only applies to the purchase and delivery of the security system, the installation and the set up.
