    Request for a standing Offer, on an as and when required basis
    of the Department of National Defence, a food operation support,
    and in particular support personnel such as: cooks, assistant
    cooks, general helpers, cashiers and warehouse attendant ( this
    personnel will need to be under the supervision of one or more
    representatives of the supplier) at St-Hubert, St
    Jean-sur-Richelieu, Farnham, Valcartier and Quebec.
    
    Services are required for: Department of National Defence, Quebec Area.
    
    Period of the Request for a Standing Offer: From September 1st,
    2017  to August 31st, 2019 inclusively.
    
    There are security requirements associated with the requirement
    of the Standing Offer. For
    additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and
    Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 -
    Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses. For more
    information on personnel and
    organization security screening or security clauses, offerors
    should refer to the Industrial Security
    Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada
    (http://ssi-iss.tpsgcpwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website.
    
    The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
    (AIT).
    
    The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
    and/or services.
    
    The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
    mandatory, technical and financial criteria specified in the
    Statement of Requirements that form part of this Request for a
    Standing Offer. Experience of the Bidder's will be evaluated.
    All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request
    for a Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the
    contracting authority named in the Request for a Standing Offer.
      
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
    Canada's two official languages.
