OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on December 17,2015 at 10:00 am at the following address: Ste-Anne des Plaines Institution, Ste-Anne des Plaines, Qc. The meeting point of the bidders on the site will take place at work offices

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE SITEVISIT:
With respect to the visit by the bidders, each person wishing to be present on the project site concerned by said submission is required to submit to a security check with the Correctional Services Canada prior tothe visit, by completing the investigation form CSC-1279, which you mayfind copy in the tender document.Once the form is duly completed by each person concerned by the visit, it should be returned along with a copy of the driver’s license to the following email address:     341-CIPC-Construction@csc-scc.gc.ca, and this, at least 10 business days prior to the site visit by the bidder.

 It is to be noted that any inquiry received less than 10 business days before the date of the visit will not be processed by the CSC and that access to the site for these persons will be denied. 

Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

The estimated cost for this opportunityis between $1M - 5M$.
