    WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:
    The work covered by this contract is to provide Janitorial
    Services including all labour, material and equipment for Public
    Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Health Canada
    Building, located at 1001 St-Laurent West, Longueuil (Quebec)
    Canada. The services must be provided in accordance with all
    sections and appendices included in the Specifications of the
    Request for Proposal. Total area for the janitorial services is
    10,000 square meters.

    The period of any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
    two (2) years from issuance date, with three (3) options to
    extend the contract each for an additional consecutive twelve
    (12) month period.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT :
    - October 20, 2020 - 9AM to 10AM; 10AM to 11AM; 11AM to 12PM or 1PM to 2PM
    - October 21, 2020 - 9AM to 10AM; 10AM to 11AM; 11AM to 12PM or 1PM to 2PM
    - October 22, 2020 - 9AM to 10AM; 10AM to 11AM; 11AM to 12PM or 1PM to 2PM
    
    Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than October 19 at 2:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend.
     
    Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
