Contractor for construction works, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines

The work covered by this contract includes the deconstruction of 6 guard towers and the renovation of 3 guard towers at the Archambault Medium penitentiary facility in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.

The main works included in the project are: the decontamination and deconstruction of 6 unoccupied guard towers (towers 3 to 8), the addition of physical security equipment near towers 3, 4 and 5, the renovation of 3 towers that are still in use (1, 2 and 9) and the various works required to fully perform these interventions. 8 towers are located outside the fenced perimeter of the penitentiary, and a single tower (tower 9) is located in the center of the exterior yard, within the secure perimeter.

There will be an optional site visit on August 9, 2018, at 10h00 a.m. at the Reception Office, 242 Montée Gagnon, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec, J0N 1H0. Contractors who wish to attend the bidders' visit must send their full name, their birth date and company name a minimum of 5 working days before the date of the visit, to Mathieu Lantagne at: mathieu.lantagne@csc-scc.gc.ca
