Tender call number  9F030-140940, "Refitting of Office Spaces
and Special Purpose Spaces" at the John H. Chapman Space Centre
in St-Hubert.  The contractor shall provide all materials,
supervision, labour, handling, equipment, tools, machinery,
scaffolding, hauling and transportation to build, execute and
complete in a timely, substantial and satisfying manner all
works required, as described on plans and specifications.

Total  estimate for the contract is between $1,000,001 and
$5,000,000.

Site Visit : There will be an optional (but strongly
recommended) site visit to be held on July 9, 2015 at 1:30 pm. 
The meeting point will be at the main rotunda of the Canadian
Space Agency, 6767 route de l'Aéroport in St-Hubert (QC).

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend.  Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
Bidders that do not attend or send a representative will not be
given another appointment. They will not be prevented from
submitting a Bid. Any clarifications or changes to the Bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the Bid solicitation.
