Archambault Institution - Finishing Kitchen Saint-Anne-des-Plaines, QC

The project involves the construction of a new finishing kitchen of approximately 500 m2, for Correctional Services Canada (CSC), in the building "U" of the Archambault Institution in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.

The works involve interventions in structural, architectural, food services, mechanical, ventilation, electricity, fire protection and access control to make fully functional and safe all the facilities and equipment related to the new finishing kitchen as well asnew cold rooms, new office spaces, bathrooms, electrical room and various storage.

There will be an optional site visit on October 27, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at Works Department, Archambault Institution (Medium), 242, MontéeGagnon, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (Québec) J0N 1H0

Security
The Archambault Institution is a medium-level security institution. Access to the site requires a security authorisation request; each individual must complete the Institutional Access CPIC Clearance Request (SCC-1279 CIPC - 341-3812.doc) form and join a copy recto verso in color of its license driver of a province and forward it to 341-projets@csc-scc.gc.ca.

Standard processing time is ten (10) work days from the moment the form is properly filled out and free of error.

Contractors who wish to attend the bidders' visit must obtain their access to the Institution prior, as previously described. No exceptions will be granted.
