Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: New room layout and uninterruptible power supply UPS Health Canada - Longueuil THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project consists of the supply, installation and commissioning of a new uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in a locale renovated for such purpose in the basement of a laboratory facility operated by Health Canada and located at 1001 St-Laurent Blvd. West, Longueuil, Qc, J4K 1C7. Work is to be completed by March, 2019. There is a site visit scheduled for this project. There will be an optional (but highly recommended) site visit on November 8th, 2018 at 10:00 am (local). Interested bidders are to meet at: 1001 Saint-Laurent West, Longueuil, QC J4K 1C7; Contact: Mr. Guy Houle, Building and Facilities Manager - Health Canada (tel: 450-928-4024); Note: Go to the main entrance for visitor registration. Parking is subject to charges, but the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station is only a seven-minute walk away. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. - SECURITY Requirements: There are security requirements associated with this requirement of the Standing Offer. For additional information, see Annex A. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Offerors should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website. At the Request for Standing Offers closing date, the Offeror must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Failure to provide a proof within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. https://gts-ee.webex.com/gts-ee/lsr.php?RCID=8b138c86c8c04bf59dd752c404d6d153 MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Contractor must, at the Contractor's expense, obtain and maintain insurance contracts in accordance with the requirements of the Certificate of Insurance. PERIOD OF WORK The rehabilitation work must be completed before March 31st, 2019.
