TITLE : Compensation for the loss of Wetlands and Habitats in a Migratory bird sanctuary

PROJECT ADDRESS :  Îles de la Paix, QC

DESCRIPTION:
Works that are the subject of this call for tenders are related to the protection of Îles de la Paix, on the north shore of Île aux Plaines, facing the city of Léry on St. Louis Lake. More specifically, the Compensation project for the Loss of Wetlands and Habitats in a Migratory bird sanctuary includes: construction of two (2) breakwater strings near Île aux Plaines, one in the west sector (approximately 250 m) and another one in the east sector (approximately 430 m), a shore nourishment (pebble recharge) and creation of wetlands (plantations of trees, shrubs, emergent plants), as specified in the drawings and specifications. The project also includes all the works and temporary structures allowing the realization of the works mentioned above.



CALENDAR : The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 22 weeks from date of award.
