Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/CFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: NISO Custom Lapel Pins 51019-174009/A Bysterveldt (PEI), Crystal Telephone No. - (902) 940-7122 ( ) Fax No. - (902) 566-7514 ( ) This requirement for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) for the provision of Commemorative Custom Lapel Pins. (Estimated usage is 300,000 units per year). Period of Standing Offer: The standing offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer to March 31, 2019 with the possibility to extend for an additional three, one year periods. Delivery The fabrics are to be delivered to Veterans Affair Canada - Charlottetown, PEI. 1) Orders of over 100,001 units shall be delivered within 7 weeks of receipt of call up order from VAC, as agreed by supplier and project authority. 2) Orders over 10,001 units up to 100,000 units shall be delivered within 5 weeks of receipt of call up order from VAC, as agreed by supplier and project authority. 3) Orders of 10,000 units or less, expedited delivery of products specified in the call up order from VAC shall be delivered within 15 working days. Sealed Samples: Sealed samples shall be available for viewing at the following Department of Publics Works and Government Services Regional Offices: QUEBEC, QUEBEC MONTREAL, QUEBEC MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO WINNIPEG,MB EDMONTON,AB VANCOUVER, B.C. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. After issuance of a contract, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal. Offerors should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca. New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation document requires attention.
