Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Solicitation - W0107-21M007/A Lease VHF Radio Sets

The Department of National Defence requires the lease of Portable Handheld and Manpack VHF Radio Sets including delivery, accessories, training and support to various locations in Ontario. 

The period of the Contract is Date of award - 31 March 2024, with two (2) irrevocable option periodsfrom 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 and 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 for the purpose of extending the lease of the initial 250 VHF Radio Sets. The Department of National Defence would like the option to lease an additional seventy-five (75) Portable VHF Radio Sets with two (2) irrevocable option periods from 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023 and 1 April 2023 - 31 March 2024.

Canadian Content - This requirement is limited to Canadian services.
