    To supply, store and rotate Ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets for the
    Office of Emergency Response Services. (Public Health Agency of
    Canada)  The Contractor must hold this product in stock, at a
    facility with a valid drug establishment licence in Canada. The
    Ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets shall be stored to ensure
    availability in case of an emergency and requires the product to
    be rotated during the contract period to ensure freshness of
    stock.
    
    Firm Quantity:
    
    The requirement is for 3,500 bottles of 500 tablets of
    Ciprofloxacin 500mg.
    
    Optional Quantities:
    
    Up to a maximum of 3,500 bottles of 500 tablets of Ciprofloxacin
    500mg.
    
    Storage:
    
    The storage period is from Contract Award until March 31, 2019.
    
    Option to extend Storage:
    
    Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to
    extend the storage by up to five (5) additional one (1) year
    periods under the same terms and conditions and at the prices/or
    rates stated in the Contract.  
    
    Delivery period:
    
    The firm quantity must be completed by March 13, 2015.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
