    Amendment 001: This solicitation amendment is issued to update the C-1 plan
    
    Amendment 002:This solicitation amendment is issued to correct the scaling issue in the amended C-1 plan.
    
    Amendment 003: This solicitation amendment is issued to extend the closing date and address questions from industry.

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  
    •Mobilised site, delaminate work site 
    •Remove and disposed damage asphalt pavement and damage concrete curb .disposed asphalt and concrete following environmental regulation in place, as identified on Plans & spec.
    •Leveled aggregate, add aggregate where required and compacted as required on Specification
    •Supply and installed new asphalt, supply and pour new concrete pads and curbs 
    •Remove debris and clean work site 
    Scope of work represents 30 % concrete work & 70 % asphalt work
    Work is to be completed within five (5) weeks after contract award. 
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of RELIABILITY, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
    
    The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    
    There will be a site visit on August 11, 2020 at 10am. Interested bidders shall meet at the Corner of Bank St and Vittoria St North in Ottawa, Ontario.
    
    All bidders must submit the name (legal name) and date of birth of each individual that will be attending the site visit.
    
    This information is to be submitted to the Contracting Authority by email at the following email address: paolo.santarossa@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than August 7, 2020 end of day.
    
    It is the responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the Contracting Authority is in receipt of this information by the date and time specified. No personnel/individuals will be permitted to access the site without providing the information above.

    The Bid opening will NOT be a public opening.
    
    Delivery Date: 28/07/2020
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
