Requirement The intent of this request is to establish one Regional Master Standing Offer by region including the Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas (CLCSAs) under the aboriginal set-aside program for the supply and delivery of bond office paper for use by various Federal Government Departments and Agencies across Canada on an "as and when requested" basis for a period a one (1) year period with the right to extend for one (1) additional year period under the same terms and conditions. Two (2) separate solicitation documents will be published on the GETS for this requirement: one (1) solicitation document E60PQ-15PAPR/A aimed at the general industry and one (1) under the aboriginal set-aside program E60PQ-15PAPR/B. If Offerors are eligible and choose to make an offer on both requirements they must submit two (2) separate offer packages. Offerors may submit an offer for one (1) or more of the following region(s), including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas: 1) Pacific Region: British Columbia. 2) Western Region: Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. 3) Northern Ontario (Bilingual): The Districts of Algoma, Cochrane, Kenora, Manitoulin, Nipissing District, Parry Sound, Rainy River District, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and Timiskaming shall form the bilingual region of Northern Ontario. 4) Southern and South Central (SSC) Ontario: The counties and townships of Frontenac, Muskoka , Lennox and Addington, Hastings and Halliburton as well as all other counties and townships of Ontario to the South and West of these shall form the region of Southern Ontario. 5) Eastern Ontario and National Capital Area - NCA (Bilingual): The counties of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott, Russell Leeds and Grenville, Lanark, and Renfrew will be annexed to the NCA region described below. These counties shall form the bilingual region of Eastern Ontario and NCA. The NCA boundary is recognized as follows: Ontario Side: Osgoode, Cumberland, Gloucester, Vanier, Rockcliffe Park, Nepean, Ottawa, Rideau, Goulbourn, Kanata, West Carleton Québec Side: The city of Gatineau, and the regional county municipalities of Papineau, Argenteuil, Vallée de la Gatineau, Pontiac and les Collines de l'Outaouais. 6) Québec Region (Bilingual): Province of Québec, excluding National Capital Area (NCA) 7) Newfoundland and Labrador 8) New-Brunswick and Prince Edward Island (Bilingual) 9) Nova Scotia 10) Nunavut and Northwest Territories Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
