NISO - Series of fixed and height adjustable table/desk leg components

Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of its Client, Correctional Service Canada CORCAN, intends to enter into a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of a series of fixed and height adjustable table legs for the purpose of maintaining CORCAN’s production line of Office table products and components which are assembled by the incarcerated offenders of Correctional Service of Canada.

The estimated value of the NISO is approximately $40, 000,000.00 CDN, GST/HST included for a firm period of five years, plus up to five one-year option periods.
 

This requirement is not subject to World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) as perAnnex XX General Exceptions part (e), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as per article 1018 part (d), AIT as per article 507 Non-Application part (c) for the exemption of prison labour.
