Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement to purchase
shirt "T" Crested Blue which are to be manufactured in
accordance with specification G.S. 1045-342 dated 2011-02-25,
amended 2012-01-10, drawings and pictures. 

A viewing sample and a base pattern will be provided to the five
(5) lowest bidders who are requested to to provide a pre-award
sample. 

Firm quantity:
This requirement is for a firm quantity of 40,000 shirt 'T" to
be delivered to Ottawa, Ont. Delivery of the firm quantity is
requested to be complete by August 15, 2012.

Option:
This requirement also includes one option to purchase an
estimated quantity of 15,000 shirts 'T" each. If exercised the
option is to be delivered to Ottawa, Ont. and will be exercised
within 18 months from contract award date.

Canadian Content Policy:
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is
conditionally limited to goods of Canadian origin.

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date
