Line 1, Standing Offer for 100% Cotton Terry Fabric

This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada for the supply and delivery of fabric is 100% cotton, terry, intended for the manufacture of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats, in blue, white, navy, green and ivory, in accordance with Annex A - Specifications and in accordance with the Annex- B-table 1.  The items must delivered to various CORCAN Institutions in British Colombia

Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of two (2) year with the possibility to extend for one (1) additional one-year period.

As part of the technical evaluation, to confirm an Offeror's capability of meeting the technical requirements, 2 pre-award samples along with test results will be required 30 calendar days from written request.

Viewing sample may be viewed (by appointment only)at the Public Services and Procurement Canada's regional office. 

The Canadian content conditional limited will apply
