Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: TUNIC, SCARLET, ALL RANKS, Male & Female M0077-14H101/A Dusenbury, Debbie Telephone No. (819) 956-9563 E-mail: debbie.dusenbury@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca The Contractor is required to provide Canada for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) with Tunics, Scarlet, All Ranks, Male and Female in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S. 1045-063 dated 2014-10-17, patterns, drawings, and viewing samples, to be supplied in various sizes for delivery to the RCMP in Ottawa, Ontario. Viewing samples will be provides to bidders who will be requested to provide a pre-award sample. Viewing Samples: Samples shall be available for viewing at the following Department of Public Works and Government Services Regional Offices: Quebec City (Quebec); Montreal (Quebec); Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg (Manitoba); Edmonton (Alberta); Vancouver (B.C.) and Gatineau (Quebec). Firm Quantity: Item 001 - quantity: 1,950 each Estimated Quantity: "As and When Requested" Regular Sizes; quantity: 500 Estimated Quantity: "As and When Requested" Special Sizes; quantity: 450 Option Quantity #1: up to a maximum of 500 each Option Quantity #2: up to a maximum of 500 each Option Quantity #3: up to a maximum of 500 each Delivery to the RCMP in Ottawa, Ontario: Delivery of the firm quantity is requested for completion as specified in the solicitation. Regular sizes and Special sizes may be ordered on an "as and when requested" basis within 48 months of contract award. Option Quantities #1: may be ordered within 24 months of contract award Option Quantities #2: may be ordered within 36 months of contract award Option Quantities #3: may be ordered within 48 months of contract award Canadian Content Policy: This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is Solely Limited to Canadian Goods as defined in clause K4000D Canadian Content Definition. Enquiries: To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
