    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
    Matting, Floor.

    - Material: Plastic, Polyvinyl Chloride
    - Thickness: 0.188 inches nominal
    - Width: 36.000 inches nominal
    - Fabrication Method: Solid
    - Color: Gray
    - Color/Shade Designation Controller: Color 26270 STD. 595
    - Environmental Protection: Fire Resistant and Slip Resistant
    - Content within each unit package (1 roll): 25 YD
    - Special Features: Solid Color, Nonslip, W/Raised Diamond
    Surface, Runner-Type 
      Matting is designed for use as a portable Mat in Single Strips
    in Front of Electrical Work, Benches,    
      Switchboards, or Panel
    - NonDefinitive Spec/Std Data: 3 Type
    
    Technical Requirements :
    The items must be manufactured in accordance with the
    specification "MIL-DTL-15562G (Navy), 
    Type III, Grey colour, dated 31 May 1996".
    
    Firm Quantity :
    A firm quantity of 50 roll to be delivered to Victoria, British
    Columbia and 50 roll to be delivered to Halifax, Nova-Scotia for
    a total quantity of 100 roll.
    
    Delivery requested: 
    The delivery of the firm deliverables is requested to be
    completed by June 20, 2014.
    
    This requirement also includes three (3) options to purchase
    additional quantities :   
    Multiple amendments may result to exercise each option.
    Option 1 - Item 002: estimated qty 80 roll to be exercised
    within 12 months after contract award date
    Option 2 - Item 003: estimated qty 80 roll to be exercised
    within 24 months after contract award date
    Option 3 - Item 004: estimated qty 80 roll to be exercised
    within 36 months after contract award date
    
    Enquiries:
    To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
    about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
    by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
