Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Hardwood Pace stick W8486-184997/A Lafleur, Mario Telephone No. - (873) 354-0072 Requirement: This requirement is to procure 250 Harwood Pace sticks to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta and 250 Harwood Pace sticks to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec. Option: Each option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 250, up to a maximum of 500 per option, distributed amongst destinations and will be evidenced through a contract amendment. Year 1: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 12 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. Year 2: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 24 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. Year 3: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 36 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor Year 4: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 48 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor Year 5: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 60 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor Specification: The requirement is detailed at the Annex A. Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity: All firm deliverables are requested complete by April 30, 2019. Canadian Content Policy: This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. Enquiries - Bid Solicitation All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
