    1.Requirement: 
    Canadian Heritage has a requirement for Outdoor National Flag of Canada 3’x6’, Type 4, Subtype 4B, to be made in accordance with the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Standard CAN/CGSB-98.1-2018.
    
    - Firm Quantities: Item 1 - 20,000 units 
    - This requirement includes one (1) option to order additional quantities during a period of 48 months from contract award: Item 2 - 73,335 units 
    
    2.Tendering Procedures: Open - All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
    
    3.Evaluation Procedures and Basis of selection: 
    - The Phased Bid Compliance Process (PBCP) applies to this requirement.
    - Refer to Part 4 of the Solicitation Document for details.
    
    4.Delivery:
    All firm deliverables are to be delivered to National Capital Region between April 1, 2022 and March 3, 2023.
    
    5.Enquiries:
