Correctional Services Canada (CORCAN) is hereby issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of workstation panel and seating fabric for delivery across Canada.

The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of 12 months with the possibility to extend for an additional four 12-month periods. 

Estimated annual needs for the Initial Period and for each of the additional periods are as follow:  

1. Atlantic Region
   Seating fabric: 5,000 Meters 
   Workstation fabric panel: 5,000 Meters
2. Quebec Region
   Seating fabric: 4,500 Meters 
   Workstation fabric panel: 1,000 Meters 
3. Ontario Region
   Seating fabric: 3,000 Meters
   Workstation fabric panel: 4,000 Meters
4. Prairies Region
   Seating fabric: 2,000 Meters 
   Workstation fabric panel: 3,000 Meters
5. Pacific Region
   Seating fabric: 2,500 Meters 
   Workstation fabric panel: Nil. 

May be ordered during a period of 60 months from Contract Award, and may be exercised via one or more Contract Amendments.
