agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

THIS CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS NOTICE OF PROPOSED
PROCUREMENT (NPP) NO. W8484-137741/B OR PW-$$PV-940-61971 DATED
JANUARY 17, 2013 WHICH WAS DUE AT 2:00 PM ON FEBRUARY 27, 2013.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply of of twenty (20) LED Lighting Kits. In accordance with
the mandatory specifications detailed in the request for
proposal document.
Delivery requested by June 30, 2013 for delivery to Montreal,
Quebec.

The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to purchase
up to forty (40) additional quatities and four (4) training
sessions at CFSATE Borden, Ontario within the next two (2) years.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
