Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to provide BIO Generator Upgrades for Campus Heating System as per detailed plans and specifications attached herein at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, NS.
Work will consist of removal of two existing generators and associated switchgear/feeders. Install two new generators and associated switchgear/feeders to increase plant capacity. Modifications to existing panels and distribution to place additional loads onto emergency power system. Requires minor structural and mechanical work to facilitate removal and installation of generators.

All elements of the work must be completed by March 31st, 2017.from contract award.

Site Visit: The site visit will be held on Wednesday September 28th, 2016 at 10:00am.
Location: 1 Challenger Dr., (Main Entrance) Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth. All bidders to be signed in at the commissioners desk at the above noted address.
