Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, has a requirement for the provision of all necessary labour, material and supervision required for the mechanical and sprinkler system upgrades at the Canadian Coast Guard College, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

The project will replace existing sprinkler systems, upgrade heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and reduce energy consumption. The work is anticipated to begin in January 2019.

Bidders are required to contact alex.russell@pwgsc.gc.ca to view the site, as scheduled tours will be provided as per the standard instructions to bidders SI04 of the invitation to tender.

To assist with bid security and insurance requirements, the estimated cost of this procurement is over $40,000,000.00.
