Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CFIA Dartmouth Lab Renovations Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement for a construction contract for wall cladding, generator and roof replacements at CFIA Laboratory located in Dartmouth, NS. As illustrated and specified on the attached plans and Specification Job No. H0013, H0014 & H0015. MANDATORY SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on June 16, 2016 at 10am local time. Interested bidders are to meet at Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Dartmouth Laboratory , 1992 Agency Drive, Dartmouth, NS. B3B 1Y9. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bidssubmitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to park their vehicles on Hudson Way and proceed to the commissioner’s desk to sign in with a valid government issued identification card. BIDS SUBMITTED BY BIDDERS WHO HAVE NOT SIGNED THE ATTENDANCE SHEET WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Chukwudi Chinye, telephone (902) 496-5476, facsimile: (902) 496-5016, and Email: chukwudi.chinye@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiriesare to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. The estimatedcost of this procurement is between $1M -$5M Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
