Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC) has a requirement for  furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment and labour required for Wartsila System Upgrade of the Louis S. St Laurent Building (LSSL) at the Canadian Coast Guard College, located at Sydney,  Nova Soctia as specified and identified on the attached plans and Specification Job NO.R.098068.300
