Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, has a requirement for general construction for the restoration of Machias Seal Island Lighthouse located at Machias Seal Island, Bay of Fundy, NB.  Work to include removal of metal impacted soil from around the light tower footprint to allow access for application of the elastomeric coating below the grade level, with soil replaced back around the tower following repair completion.  Lead paint removal from the exterior of the light tower, surface patching and repainting of the light tower where required.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications and work is to be completed by March 31, 2018
