Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, material, tools and equipment necessary to complete environmental remediation projects in various locations in Newfoundland and Labrador.  The Standing Offer will be divided in four sections:  1) Avalon Region of Newfoundland and Associated Islands; 2) Central Newfoundland and Associated Islands; 3) West Coast Newfoundland and Associated Island; and 4) Labrador and Associated Islands. 

All work is to be completed in accordance with Specification Number R.087751.001 forming part of the bid document.

The period of the Standing Offer will be for the period of June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2019. More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
 
A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.
