Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a contract, which consists of but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

.1 Clearing, grubbing and soil stripping as required.
.2 11 full service RV campsites, Five (5) “Oasis” serviced sites, and five (5) unserviced tent campsites.
.3 One-way loop road (follows existing roads).
.4 Trails connecting points of interest.
.5 Parking for service building.
.6 Electrical connections for each serviced campsite.
.7 “Oasis” units to be supplied and installed by others

The work location is Wolfe Lake, Fundy National Park, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.086534.001 forming part of the bid document.  The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks after award.

There will be an optional site visit on June 19, 2019 at 10:00 am. All interested bidders are to meet at the West Gate Entrance Visitor Reception Centre, located on highway 114 approximately 500m past the West Entrance to Fundy National Park, N.B.  Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: greater than $100,001 - $500,000 (HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, 126 Prince William Street, Saint John, NB.

Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
