New measures related to integrity provisions included in the
solicitation documents requires attention.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for a contract, which consists of the following: 

The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing
of all plant, labour, equipment and material for Asphalt
Resurfacing, including pavement marking and guide rail, at Fundy
National Park, Alma, Albert County, New Brunswick, in strict
accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and
subject to all terms and condition of contract.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by October
31, 2015.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.076566.002 forming
part of the bid document.
The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category:  $1,000,000 to $2,500,000.
