    Saint John Ferry Terminal Warehouse, Design-Build
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (D-B) bidders to design, construct, commissioning and handover of one storage warehouse for Transport Canada at the Saint John Ferry Terminal, Saint John, NB.
    
    This is a single phase selection process. This RFP Document sets out the project requirement, i.e., the particulars of the project itself and the broad scope of services required from the Contractor.
    
    There will be an optional site visit at the Saint John Ferry Terminal, on December 10th at 2:00 pm. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than one day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.  All interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of Saint John Ferry Terminal, 170 Digby Ferry Rd.
    
    The bidders describe their capabilities and proposed services in the "Technical Portion" of the submission. The "Price Portion" includes the proposed price and bid security which is submitted in a sealed envelope.
    
    Evaluation is based on a set of pre-established criteria,components and weight factors. Numerical technical scores are awarded at the completion of the technical evaluation.
    
    INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all Questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Sandra Lomax, Sandra.lomax@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (506) 639-8503. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than
    seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
