    NOTICE OF OPTIONAL  SITE VISIT
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site.  
    
    See Invitation to Tender for details.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement
    for a contract, which consists of the following:
    
    Abatement of hazardous material, removal and disposal of  five
    buildings, removal and disposal of various asphalt and concrete
    surfaces, placement of topsoil and seeding.  Site of the work is
    Ravenwood Drive, Indigo Crescent and Lily Pond Drive on the
    Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Crops and Livestock Research
    Centre Property, Charlottetown, PEI (accessible from Mount
    Edward Road).  Completion of the work is 6 weeks from the date
    of award.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
    specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.065698.001 forming
    part of the bid document.
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
    category:  $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
