    The work will involve full replacement of the south deck timber assembly and modified bitumen roofing system. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: R.082841.001 forming part of the bid document.
    
    Site of Work is at:  Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra).
    
    The Contractor shall commence the Work no earlier than September 1, 2016 and complete the work by no later than October 13, 2016.
     
    New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE.

    Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
