Work under this Contract consists of interior building renovations to an office at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building located at 275 Pope Rd. in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: R.0909811.001 forming part of the bid document.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $500,001 - $1,000,000 (HST included).

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on Tuesday October 24, 2017, at 1:00 pm. All interested Proponents are to meet at the main entrance of 275 Pope St, Summerside, P.E.I. . Valid photo ID is required.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.  Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI02 - Enquiries during the Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions to Bidders in the solicitation document.
