Skinners Pond 411 & 412 Reconstruction

The work under this contract involves the replacement of existing structures 411 and 412 in Skinners Pond Small Craft Harbour, located in Skinners Pond, PE as per specifications (attached)

If you must hand deliver your bid (yourself or via courier), the on-site bid drop box must be used.  Please follow the instructions on the bid box itself, located at the end of the hall on the second floor, next to the office door and adjacent to the stairs.


The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $5,000,000.01 - $20,000,000.00(HST extra). Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.  Inquiries are to be made in accordance with S102. Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document.  Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.

Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
