Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Interior Infrastructure upgrades  at the John Cabot Building , in St. John's, NL.   This work will consist of but is not limited to the replacement of the air conditioning unit and kitchen replacement at Public Service Special, John Cabot Building. 

CONTRACTORS MUST BE SECURITY CLEARED TO THE LEVEL OF PSS LEVEL 3 SECRET CLEARANCE AT TIME OF CONTRACT AWARD.

FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE

Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site and its surroundings, at their own expense to make assessment of existing site conditions, the facilities in the area and any other contingencies. There will be a site visit on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 9:30 AM.  Interested bidders are to meet at the main Lobby of the John Cabot Building, 10 Barter’s Hill, St. John’s, NL. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection on account or error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply.

Contractors, bidders, or those they invite to site are to review specification section on Health and Safety before visiting site. Take all appropriate safety measures for any visit to site, either before or after acceptance of bid
