    New Computer Based Training Room, Data Tax Centre, St. John's, NL
    Public Works & Government Services have a requirement for
    converting existing office area into a computer based training
    room at the Data Tax Centre, Empire Avenue, St. John's, NL.
    There will be a scheduled site visit for bidders.
    There will be an optional site visit at the Data Tax Centre,
    Empire Avenue, St. John's, NL on October 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. 
    Interested bidders are to meet at the building's main entrance
    at that time.  Government issued photo ID will be required. 
    Security and safety stipulations for the site visit will be
    given at that time and must be strictly followed.  This may be
    the bidders only opportunity to visit the site before tender
    Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (GI) - R2710T
    (2014-06-26) for the Code of Conduct and Certification
    provisions applicable to this requirement.
