Public Works & Government Services Canada requires work that
consists of, but is not limited to the demolition and removal of
all existing finger pier wharf, construction of a new treated
timber crib wharf, dredging and uplands development, all as
indicated on the associated drawings and specifications.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29, Item 1.11 Project/Site
Conditions of Specifications before performing any site
inspection or preliminary work ok site.

Bidders must refer to R2710T GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (GI) (2015-07-03) for the
Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.

There will be Cown supplied material at a value of $45,000 that
will need to be covered by the insurance of the successful
bidder.
