Fishway Upgrades, Bishop's Falls, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Fishway Upgrades at Bishop’s Falls, NL.   This work will consist of but is
 not limited to concrete repairs to fishway structure, new gratings and
handrails, new stairs and an optional mooring system.  A number of restrictions exist at this site with respect to project completion and expectation of ongoing construction during the winter season.
