Marginal Wharf Refurbishment, Happy Adventure, NL

 The work consists of the provision of construction activities to repair and replace components of the existing marginal wharf along with associated requirements at this existing site as is more specifically described in the Drawings and Specifications. The work also consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for these improvements at Happy Adventure, Newfoundland and Labrador.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
ALL CONTRACTORS TOTAKE NOTE THAT NO SITE WORK CAN TAKE PLACE PRIOR TO APRIL 1, 2016, BUT ITEMS SUCH AS REQUIRED PERMITTING SHOULD BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO THIS CONSTRUCTION START DATE.

It is recommended the bidders visit the site and verify the form and nature of the workprior to submitting a bid. 

Contractors, bidders or those they invite to site are to review specification Secton 01 35 28 - Health and Safety Requirements before visiting site.  Take all appropriate safety measures for any visit to site, either before or after acceptance of bid.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2015-07-03) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
